SUMMER CAMP FAQs

Students must be enrolled at North Park Elementary to qualify for the free summer camp. Seating is subject to availability.
Our summer camp is held at the California State University, San Bernardino campus. Please follow link for campus map.

July 24-27. Monday – Thursday
The camp hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. As a courtesy to parents, we are allowing early drop-off at 8:00 am each day. In addition, students can be picked up from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm daily.
The program is free for eligible Northpark Elementary students.

Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis

Open to students from 3rd grade thru 6th grade.
The kids are put on teams and grouped together by age and skill level. Kids with exceptional ability will be matched with kids with similar skills.
No. Our TechXploration summer camp will be filled with fun activities during our lunch breaks such as playing billiards, or Xbox and Playstation games in the student gamers lounge.
Yes, lunch will be provided for the students
Our campers will need the PC version of Minecraft in order to play on our private server and take part in our lessons. Minecraft versions for the Xbox or Pocket Edition are not compatible. If your child does not have a Minecraft account, one will be provided to use.

Bring your Minecraft login name and password information to camp if your child already has a Minecraft account.

Yes, returning TechXplorers will be exposed to new and fun projects using some of our favorite platforms as well as introduction to exciting new software.
Yes. Our instructors receive a full background check and they are fingerprinted with the Department of Justice.
